    By working with our hands and with natural elements we experience a grounding essential to balancing life as an energetic healer and existing in an overstimulated world.

  • Expression of Higher Self

    Connection to self and expressing those thoughts, visions and inspirations that come from that higher connection are essential for us. Not everything created is usable, ‘good enough’ or finished. Sometimes the ‘failed’ piece is there simply to learn from.

  • Meditative

    Creating with no deadline, objective or desired outcome can be very meditative. Losing myself in the creative process, allowing the project to set the pace movement and not thinking about the end result but feeling and watching what evolves allows for a great meditative session—and sometimes — a finished piece.
