All of my work begins with making you feel comfortable, relaxed, ready to connect & receive healing.
The journey is yours: The wisdom and healing are from the Universal Life Force (Reiki). The Unconditional Love and Wisdom of the Akasha, your Guides, Lineage and Higher Self.
I act as the channel between you and the energy that heals while holding space for you to experience, explore and discover yourself again.
Giving yourself time and opportunity to heal - to re-Wyldt, break free from convention, expectations, our overly busy world. Explore the roots of trauma and learn to release it, allow for the healthiest and happiest version of yourself.
Connect with nature, rhythms, seasons, planets, animals and your own symmetry with all of it. We are universal beings and part of all the mystery held within. Often sessions are held in a private garden space in connection with the earth.
Trust yourself and uncover your intuition, voice and connection to Higher Wisdom.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it.
The beauty of your healing is that it’s going to continue to evolve as you evolve and will be unique to your experiences, your resilience, your openness, your insights.
